Running group

Beginner’s (weekly)

For those just starting out. Come learn to enjoy running in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Running in Recovery (weekly)

For people who are in recovery from Substance Use Disorders.

Protecting Recovery comes through consistency, connection and replacing Cycles of Unhealthy Behaviours with healthy coping strategies.

Invest in your Mental and Physical health with a supportive and healthy environment.

Fitter, Stronger, Faster (weekly)

Often we see improvements when we are around others who are also pushing themselves.

This weekly workout session is an excellent way to connect with others and challenge yourself.

You are stronger than you think.

Women Rockin' It (Weekly)

A weekly running group designed for and facilitated by women.

This is a space for women who feel they would be more comfortable, and consequently more successful, running with other women.

*Note: A men's only group will be something aded in the future. But since Jessica is a woman, there currently isn't anyone to facilitate such a group yet.
